I am an experienced Digital Librarian, Knowledge Manager and Technical Writer and I am very passionate about my work. I dedicated the last 7+ years to digital asset and content management, knowledge and project management, metadata management and clean-up, and of course, technical writing, presenting and instruction.

I take pride in explaining complex technological and educational topics in plain, easy-to-understand language and structuring information in logical and intuitive way to promote easy digital asset retrieval.

Throughout the years I've had many accomplishments. The most notable are featured below:

• boosted the annual digitization rate by 35% after implementing internal technical documentation webpage

• maintained internal webpage hosting 100+ technical documents in multiple categories

• maintained 600,000+ digital items in a cloud based DAMS

• migrated 150,000+ digital items to a new DAMS

• cleaned up 150,000+ digital assets to prepare for migration

• wrote 100+ technical documents (software user manuals, digital camera user guides, etc.)

• managed multiple controlled vocabularies of 300,000+ records

• trained 20 employees to work independently
